At Bit Source, we harness the power of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to create immersive, engaging experiences that inform, entertain, and inspire. For the City of Pikeville, we developed an augmented reality mobile application that brings history to life. Users can explore historic sites while engaging in a gamified scavenger hunt that features point accumulation, leaderboards, and interactive storytelling. By blending history with cutting-edge technology, we’ve reimagined the way people experience local culture and heritage.

In collaboration with KCTCS, Kentucky’s state community college system, we created a virtual reality recruitment experience that simulates working on a patient in a helicopter. This dynamic and immersive scenario gives prospective students a firsthand look at the excitement and challenges of a career in emergency medicine, leaving a lasting impression that drives enrollment and interest.
